Merit Laboratories to Participate in Department of Energy’s ASP Workshop

The Department of Energy (DOE) will be hosting the 2022 Analytical Services Program (ASP) Annual Training Workshop in Las Vegas, Nevada. The ASP Workshop will be held from December 6th through December 8th at the Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel.

Merit Laboratories will be participating in the workshop, which focuses on providing DOE stakeholders with annual training related to key topics in laboratory testing. Attendees include professionals from environmental laboratories, chemistry consulting firms, and federal departments active in DOE and Department of Defense (DoD) federal programs.

The conference is hosted by the DOE’s Analytical Services Program. The ASP provides environmental management related services and products to DOE Program Offices and field element sites, including the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), and their contractors, in support of environmental regulatory compliance programs, remediation and clean-up efforts, and waste management. The ASP is coordinated through the DOE Office of Environment, Health, Safety and Security, Office of Sustainable Environmental Stewardship.
