Maya leads Merit as the CEO with over 30 years of experience in the environmental laboratory industry. Maya earned an M.S. and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University. Maya is also the host of the podcast, sh(e)=mc2, which celebrates women leaders in science.

Michael founded the laboratory in 1987 and is its President. He has 44 years of experience in the environmental laboratory industry. Michael earned a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Michigan.
