Blind Studies

Merit participates in several different blind sample studies. They include the following:

  • WP/WS EPA Studies: Quarterly
  • APG Unknown Studies (Ohio VAP): Semi-Annually
  • ERA Soil Unknown Studies: Semi-Annually

General Motors (GM)

Merit is proud to be the National Corporate Laboratory for General Motors. Like GM, many of our clients have their own audit programs and thorough evaluation of our laboratory's facility and performance. Our lab is very proud to qualify for and serve the needs of all our clients.

NELAP

Merit currently holds the NELAP accreditation through the state of New York.

NELAP certification from several other states are pending reciprocity.

Non NELAP State Certifications

Merit currently holds:

  • State of Ohio accreditation. Our lab was the first lab to become certified in the state of Ohio for their Voluntary Action Program (VAP).
  • State of Michigan Drinking Water Certification
